On May 21st 1998 a New British Land Speed Record for Electric Vehicles was set by Bluebird Electric on its return to Elvington.
Later that year, in September, Bluebird returned to Pendine to attempt to better its British Land Speed Record. The weather was ideal, and a large crowd gathered. Read the diary of events of Friday 18th , Saturday 19th and Sunday 20th, September 1998.
